Razer Nari Ultimate dongle not recognized from my pc anymore

trying to pull it out from the usb port in my pc and half of it was stuck in the usb port

where i  can find a replacement ?

    Any answers? Mine also stopped being recognized..

    Should I consider the product expire date to be 2 years???
    I tried to contact the warranty team but it seems I no longer can use it.
    If so, this product is definitely not worthy buying
