Video freezes or screen goes black Razer Blade 14 2022

When watching videos (Youtube) or streams (Twitch), the video will periodically freeze and sometimes I can’t click on anything (like can’t minimize the browser window or anything) until it unfreezes after a few seconds. Or sometimes the whole screen will just go black, almost like the display just turned off for a sec. This happens all the time though, with every single video (regardless of if laptop is plugged in to power or not). There is zero problems when playing games though. Any help would be appreciated.

    I have had the same issue while watching YouTube. I’ll get the blue screen or death and the laptop will reset. Just purchased this Blade 14 (2023) last week from Razer.

    Back up your computer. I hope it still works as I'm seeing this 10 months later. Mine started doing that and eventually died mid use. The 2022 model is having motherboard problems. It could be something else but based on others that have this computer its a similar situation leading up to the computer becoming an expensive paperweight.
