Hello, guys!
Yesterday I got my Iskur chair and it’s amazing. My first Razer product!
But I can’t seem to lock the lumbar support pillow.
I watched every support video by razer but it doesn’t help.
The lever button works, it’s not stiff or anything. The white bolts are stuck and don’t move. Any ideas?
