hello i got a problem, i just got a Blackshark V2 X as a gift from my girlfriend but the activation code for 7.1 surround-sound application was already scratched and when i tried to use it in app it said it was already used.
so i found the community post in which you help sb else get a new code, the problem is when i try to open the link you put there to ask for a new code doesn't work for me and i get this error:
{"code":"401","message":"Unauthorized"}
i was really excited to try the 7.1 with Apex but i got really disappointed.
can you please help me out figure out a solution?
