Dongle just suddenly started disconnecting and reconnecting, can see in my sound mixer that after a few seconds of the headset connecting the game/chat audio channels can be seen rapidly disappearing and reappearing as audio channels. It should also be noted that this only starts to happen once sound starts playing, they will stay connected if there is no audio being input.

Did you already try running the dongle recovery tool or use a different USB port for the dongle? If the problem persists, PM me the serial number so I can verify its model and check our options for a replacement. Thanks!
