Mi dongle de mis nari ultimate se sobrecalienta y deja de funcionar.

Mi dongle no funciona correctamente. Este se desconecta del ordenador y creo que es debido a que se sobrecalienta, ya que cuando lo saco esta muy caliente la parte del usb. Intente utilizar la herramienta de recuperacion del dongle y cuando me dijo que estaba arreglado seguia dando el mismo problema. Me gustaria saber como poder arreglarlo. 

My dongle is not functioning properly. It disconnects from the computer, and I believe it's due to overheating, as the USB part is very hot when I take it out. I tried using the dongle recovery tool, and even though it said it was fixed, it's still having the same issue. I would like to know how to fix it.

que dongle usan, yo no encuentro ninguno que me funcione

Hola, pudieron solucionarlo? A mi me dejó de funcionar el dongle, no me reconoce la herramienta recuperación.

Estoy con los mismos problemas pero con el Razer Viper Ultimate, el USB parece que se sobrecalienta y tiene desconexiones continuas
