Also sometimes it’s just code mismatch like “O” and “0” (zero), I (uppercase i) and 1, B and 8 etc.

All Razer sensors are infrared, so they’re invisible to human eye, in phone camera sensor hole will be slightly purple-ish. Also here LED light (logo light) is bleeding through the mouse case (and sensor hole) - something which not happens in original units.
Razer DA Essential and Razer Viper Mini are the most common counterfeited products nowadays.

Dunno… It’s a fake product, so it’ll NOT WORK with Synapse…
Return it to the seller, and get one from authorized stores, so you won’t be scammed again :)
