Mouse sensitivity / DPI not working in game.

After Hard resetting my pc, I reinstalled my games and when trying to play them all my settings were the same, but my mouse moved at an unplayable slow rate all my setting in game is the same, so I don’t know why my mouse isn’t working in game.
