The right side of the headset under the self-adjusting band cracked on its own when I left it in the box and I want to get a new headset replacement because according to razer.com/ca-en/warranty my Razer headsets are 2 years old. warranty I bought the razer kaira pro on amazon almost 1 year ago and left it in the box as i was waiting for an accessory for my xbox series s, my 2 controller and the razer headster when i tried from using it I saw that it was cracked when I try to put my head in it's like the crack is getting bigger and trying to open

Were there any incidents for your headset prior to the issue? i.e. dropped, accidental pull while standing up etc. Did you happen to use more force than usual when removing the headset?
