I’ve had this mouse for a little under a year now ever since day 1 it hasn’t worked wirelessly. The mouse will work perfectly fine when connected to my pc via usb, but as soon as I unplug it, it doesn’t work; no power, no nothing. I’ve tried to factory reset it and update its drivers, and nothing seems to work. The mouse is also always stuck on 55% whether I charge it via usb or the charging dock. Does any one have a solution?

I think I have the same issue I cant find anything about it though I have to use it wired I think it has something to do with the 2.4ghz dongle my computer isn't even detecting it I even tried plugging it into multiple different devices and no effect
