synapse 3 doesn't detect my mouse

I have a Razer Viper Mini, I have all the needed things to download or to run synapse 3 but it cant detect pls help.

Check if you have Riot Vanguard (Valorant’s anticheat software) - if yes, uninstall this and reboot your PC.

If this won’t work, then you can try to do clean reinstall:

  1. Uninstall Synapse
  2. Download & run this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove any razer drivers/leftovers
  3. Then restart your PC
  4. After reboot install Synapse again (as administrator).
