I received new Razer Kraken Kitty v2 headphones. I immediately registered the headphones in Razer ID. I didn’t receive an activation code in the package. I entered the serial number and received a message that the headphones do not support 7.1 surround sound. I would like to get an activation code, otherwise I will return them.
No license code for Razer Kraken Kitty v2 headphones.
