i have problems, i dont know but sometimes has delay or no response, my pc is closer to the mouse. sometimes when i make a fast movement the mouse is cold on the screen i dont know what to do, how can i check the status of the mouse? or you recomend me make use of the garanty? sorry for my english i started to learn 1 month ago.
Tengo problemas, no lo sé pero a veces tiene retraso o ninguna respuesta, mi PC está cerca del ratón. A veces cuando hago un movimiento rápido el ratón se congela en la pantalla o no me deja hacer movimientos hasta que sigue funcionando, no sé qué hacer, ¿cómo puedo comprobar el estado del ratón? ¿O me recomiendas hacer uso de la garantía?

Did you try connecting the device’s dongle to a different USB port or PC? Also, are you having a Wi-Fi connection issue while using the mouse? Please try removing all Razer-related files from your PC by downloading and installing the Razer Driver Clean-up tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj. Once done, please restart your PC and install all available Windows and Synapse updates. Let me know how it went.
