Kraken V3 Pro Sound/Lighting Issues

Hi all

I am finding with my Kraken V3 Pro's that when I have the lighting enabled that the sound will cut out. The headset remains connected wirelessly there is just no sound. Turning off the lighting ensures the sound doesn't cut out.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled synapse, and have all the latest drivers/windows updates.

Wondering if anyone else has experienced this and if there is a solution as I do like my shiny lights.

I have pretty much the same problem. My V3 Pro doesn't light up at all. They can only light up when I switch the backlight to “quick effects” or when playing a game with Chroma support. Chroma Studio sees them, but nothing happens
