I just got this brand new headset (razer blackshark v2 x) but it does not work on my Razer Blade 14 (2021) AMD 5900hx version. Plugged through the 3.5mm port, headphone and microphone both are detected. The sound works but the microphone does not pick up any sound (not muted). Check through realtek audio console and did set it to “headset” and computer does detect the microphone too. Tried the headset on both my Mac and Phone and the microphone does work. So only my razer laptop does not show to work. Any possible solution?

Have you already tried checking the privacy settings or the mic input volume? For further isolation, you ca follow the suggested steps here. If that didn’t help, PM me the serial number so I can verify its model and check my resources for model-specific workarounds. Thanks!
