Connecting via Bluetooth to the PC is fine for games/music, however the sound and voice doesnt seem to work on Discord.
This is where it gets a little confusing, changing the PC sound and voice settings to HS (Hyperspeed) it doesn't work.. nothing does, revert this back to Bluetooth and we’re good to go BUT discord doesn't work with it.
Changing the DISCORD sound and voice settings to HS then distorts the sound, the mic works but apparently its also really distorted and poor quality for anyone listening.
I’m 100% this isn't an issue with Discord, just using this as an example of what is happening.
I don't even know how to connect via HS, the instructions don’t make any sense as it always instantly pairs with the PC Bluetooth.
Am I doing something wrong?

Dongle is plugged in
Firmware is updated
Windows is up to date

Also, I’ve never had an issue with other headsets. This is my 2nd Blackshark v2 HS as I replaced the first one last week due to the same issue. Now its happening again, i figured it must be something i’ve done/not done correctly.

Hi! kind of going through something similar, I’ve been researching and it seems like everybody is having similar problems.
But, I’ve seen multiple people say that they just double click the EQ button to switch from bluetooth to the dongle.
Haven’t tried it yet, at work..

You’ve probably already realized, but for anyone else reading this post, double clicking the EQ button (the sole button on the right headphone) changes the headset from Bluetooth to 2.4GHz mode, and vise versa.
Took me way too long to find this info, I used bluetooth on my new headset for the first time last night and this morning couldn’t figure out how to switch it back to 2.4ghz for work meetings, and couldn’t find the info online anywhere else. Tapping the EQ button twice worked, thanks!
