I would like some information on how to use the 7.1 surround sound feature and how to get the activation code provided I do not have Razer Headphones; I want to use other brand headphones with my V2 Chroma Stand

i have razer kraken v3 x headset but can’t get the 7.1 surround sound but didn’t get activation code? how do i get it? i got a card where it says unlock your headsets full potential now but no activation code???? don’t understand?
