Hi,
i purchase a Razer BlackShark v2 X and damaged the activation code for the 7.1 surround sound and its now unreadable.
I tried to go for support but when i got to the page “request a new activation code” it takes me to a page where is request my login, but when i click on “login” opens a new tab that stay loading/buffering forever. So i can’t really ask for another code.
There’s any other way to request the code?
Is my first razer product and i really want to use all the capacity.
Sorry for my english, not my first language.
