Razor Blackshark V2 Pro: Constant bluetooth disconnect/reconnect and static/distorted audio

Second set of Razer headphones and the previous pair had the same problem. Though it was a fluke but clearly a rampant design flaw considering how many other posts with the same **** problem… I am sitting literally 3 feet from the system w/Razer bluetooth dongle, and the system has no other wireless or bluetooth devices connected at all.   I can only guess Razer is using garbage components here to keep their cost down, but the audio connection is the one thing that can’t be skimped on here… yet it’s the one thing perpetually failing.

I can lean over and literally touch the dongle and the thing cannot connect?   Meanwhile I’m in my basement office and my phone is connected to the bluetooth in my car in the garage over 100 feet away through walls, concrete and earth.

With any luck, I’m hoping it’s not as much garbage hardware as it is garbage software/drivers that can actually be fixed, but this problems has been persistent with both headphones consistently over the last three years (Razer won’t even talk to me because my serial # doesn’t have support anymore apparently), so I don’t exactly have much faith/hope here.

Last pair of Razer headphone garbage I ever buy for sure though.

Seriously Razer!?! What gives?!?!
