Razer Nari Essential stopped charging

I’ve had this headset for a while now, around 14 months, and suddenly it stopped working yesterday. I was using it when it ran out of power so, thinking nothing of it, I plugged it in. I checked back on it about 15 minutes later to see that the red charging light wasn’t on, and nothing would happen when I held down the power button. I tried many different things, such as plugging the usb charger into another place, using another charging cable. I even tried looking inside the battery side of the headphones for any outstanding issues, but to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
