Razer Synapse not detecting game after windows sleep

Hi, I'm having a problem with Razer Synapse. It seems that whenever my PC goes to sleep mode and then back to active mode, Razer Synapse doesn't detect the game, and therefore can't detect the profile for the game. The only solution for me is to exit all Razer apps by right-clicking them in the Notification Area and selecting "Exit."

I have already installed the latest software and reinstalled Windows, but I'm still having the same problem. My devices are a Razer Huntsman TE and a Razer Basilisk V3.

Have you also try updating the Synapse 3? Can you PM me the Synapse version so I can check my resources for update logs? We might need to kickstart a support ticket so I can help you escalate your concern to the software team for advanced resolution. Thanks!
