Title says it all. The mouse works great. My only issue is that using the scroll wheel (scroll up or scroll down) doesn’t wake up the mouse from sleep mode. Every other button (left, right, middle, forward, backward, hypershift, dpi) successfully wakes it up, but not the wheel scroll.
This is an issue, because while I am watch a movie on my PC, the mouse goes to sleep and when I decide to increase or decrease the volume with the mouse wheel, it doesn’t work.
I am on Windows 10, using the latest Synapse software.
Can this be fixed with a firmware update please?
