7.1 activation code problem


So i downloaded the 7.1 installer, it worked well, but i had a problem with my mic so i tried to delete 7.1 surround sound and download it again. when i downloaded it again and tried to activate it, it said: ”activation code has already been used”. I have already tried to get a new code but instead it gave me the same code i had. I logged in with my razer id and it kept asking for my activation code even though i know i have already activated it.

Have you already tried rebooting your PC and clean installed the application? I would love to check on this further. Can you PM me the Razer ID/email you used to log in so I can check the active license in your account? Thanks!

Code is one time use only, so if you activated it once, it’s bound to your Razer ID account.

When you’ve reinstalled app, then you won’t activate it another time (because code is used), instead of this just login with your Razer ID account.

Activation codes for Razer 7.1 are one-time use and linked to your Razer ID account.
