Hi Gurus, I recently did a system recovery and my touchscreen driver (HID compliant touch screen driver) went missing after. I have tried multiple attempts to once again recovery F9, tried clean install windows 11, updated all windows drivers. I’m at wits end and need help. It’s super frustrating. Hope to find a solution here.
Any news on this? Ever get it fixed? I’m having the same exact issue but on Win 10
Hey mate, Razer said the screen was the problem and they didn't have parts. I had to pay almost 1K for the diagnosis. End up they replaced it with a slightly better specced model. Hope that helps

Ok thanks for the reply. I’m obviously out of warranty but I did get the 4-year 365 protection plan from Microsoft Store, so I should be able to get it serviced/replaced for the deductible…
Can you tell me which model exactly did they replace yours with, did you have a choice?

I’m having the same issue. I notice after the last major windows 11 update my driver for the 4K OLED touchscreen function just disappeared. I’ve done factor reset with the restore files Razer sent me but unable to get the touch feature working. Any would be greatly appreciated.
