Damage code


bought and activated the card on the 28th of October as seen in the receipt image with the damaged card. 

 

Now you are claiming it was already redeemed on the 26th prior to purchase activation of the card.

I had something similar happen to me. I bought two cards one for $100 the other for $270 and two digits in the last group were missing from the pin. I bought both cards on the 3rd of October filed an email, called and submitted a report on the 4th . They kept telling me to send the activation receipt which was on the bottom of the purchase receipt if they would have looked. After three weeks of run around I get a message telling me my two cards have been redeemed which I did not do because the pin number was incomplete on both cards. In the message they said the cards were redeemed on the 9th of October and now they telling me I have to take time and go to police department and file a police report and send it to them before they investigate it to refund my money. If they hadn't dragged their feet and had looked at the receipt I sent they could have given me two new codes and some thief wouldn't have been able to steal my money!!! I'm very pissed about this and that was first time buying razer card and may be the last because I'm out $370 for the first two cards plus the $370 where I had to pay to replace those cards and I didn't buy razer cards the second time.
