Barracuda X dongle on windows

I just bought the Barracuda X and the dongle doest work on my pc (the ports are fine) and when i connect using bluetooth the audio quality drops horribly when something uses the microphone. I feel completely disapointed if i dont get an answer from Razer ill be avoiding Razer products from now on and also tell my friends to do so, so they dont waste their money like i did.
