Blackwidow chroma v2 custom media keys not working!

Hello all, I am encountering a strange issue. I am setting the M buttons (M1 -> M5 found on the left side of the keyboard) as my dedicated media buttons ( volume up/down and mute) and the volume up/down are not working.Oddly enough, the mute button works, but I get no visual indication. The keys used to work before, they just stopped now. Synapse drivers are up to date, no macros set, and only one profile available.Also I have deleted the profile and started over and no result. Any ideas? Thank you!
