Yesterday I received my KRAKEN KITTY V2 PRO | headphones The Meow Factor. Unfortunately, after connecting the headphones, it turned out that the sound was terribly muffled. Has anyone had the same problem or know how to solve the problem of muffled sound? I would like to point out that I do not have such a problem when connecting my old Razer Kraken V.2.
