Hello there! I have owned Blackshark v2 PRO for about a year now. THX was available and worked constantly, I could adjust the spatial sound and when choosing THX Spatial speakers everything worked. Now I have demolished the THX and Synapse application and installed it again. As a result, THX Spatial speakers did not work (there is no sound at all) and now asks for an activation code. The headphones started working only when I pressed the trial for 15 days, although everything worked before that. How can I restore it and why did the activation fail after reinstalling the program?

There is no need to install an external THX Spatial app. Uninstall This and use Synapse.
