I bought my razer hammerhead true wireless x on amazon (17/06/2022), yesterday I used them and both earbuds were working, today the left one doesn’t turn on. I tried every step that was advised in the support section of the product, so what should I do? I read that the warranty is for two years, what should I do to get a replacement?
