The keyboard refuses to pair to the dongle even after multiple attempts with the keyboard pairing utility. It works perfectly fine when plugged in or over bluetooth but it just will not connect no matter what I try.
I’ve tried removing and reinstalling drivers and have followed all of the steps provided by the device detection troubleshooting tool but to no avail.
Is there any solution that will allow me to connect the dongle to the keyboard again as they were working perfectly fine not too long ago.
