There is no need to install an external THX Spatial app. just use the Synapse app and go to Audio and then go to Mixer.
(It's in the manual, by the way)

You can't use it but if this is the RAZER BLACKSHARK V2 - WIRED GAMING HEADSET + USB SOUND CARD you have the THX integration in Razer synapse.

This issue is related to the latest update. Yes I did not have THX spatial as well. When the reason update happened, x.x.x.110912, it removed the THX Razer driver. There’s no information if that driver was supposed to be removed or whether it should still stay on.

If you have only bought one device, you will not receive a code but it is integrated into the device control in synapse!
