Hello,

There is a problem with the razor BlackWidow V3 Mini HyperSpeed. When I press the button with the letter W, the letter E is typed, and when I press the button with the letter E, the letter W is typed. All other buttons work as they should.

Connecting via Bluetooth.

What should I do?

Try to create new (fresh) configuration profile in Synapse and check.

Also what happens when you’ll connect it via cable or on another PC?

Hello JasperawesomeSAPPHIRE167,

I’m sorry to hear about your keyboard having the wrong key input. Does this problem happen while you are wireless or wired? Does the issue occur when you close or disable the Razer Synapse? Please follow the steps below to hard reset or exit "Demo Mode" on your Razer keyboard.

  1. Switch the keyboard off.
  2. Unplug the USB cable.
  3. Press and hold “Escape”, “Caps Lock”, and the space bar.
  4. Plug the keyboard into a USB port or switch it on.

If the issue persists, PM me your keyboard serial number so I can verify its model and check my resources for other workarounds. All the best!
