I just bought the hyperspeed dongle 4k and now 8k hz and I've been trying since I got to connect it with my mouse, I've connected it in different ways and it doesn't work, I've tried to sync it but as you know the viper v2 pro doesn't have a 2.4hz button and connecting the usb to the pc 2.4hz and the hyperspeed dongle doesn't work either, The light on the Hyperspeed Dongle doesn't turn on either but Synapse still recognizes it when I plug it in, any solution?, Oh and im in Windows 10

same problem here too???
any solution mine sayse its connected to the mouse when i click the dongle in synapsis but unless connected with usb-c the original dongle not working now either razer supports horrible
