After the latest Razer Synapse update I performed today (11.16), in Windows 10 system settings I can no longer select 96000 Hz for the Blackshark V2 X. When I try to apply the desired number of Hz, a window pops up with the error “Format is not supported by the device”, although Until today everything was fine, I didn’t even do anything, I just came home from work.
What to do in this situation? The sound at low frequencies is more than 4 times worse, and this is very unpleasant
