Having problems with my mouse (Razer Basilisk V3 Pro)

So, I got this mouse from a friend, and the first two days I had it, it was working fine. Yesterday, however, it began to flash rainbow rapidly whenever I turned it on, the mouse does not transmit to my computer through the dongle or a cable, will not enter pairing mode while in Bluetooth, and Synapse does not detect it through the dongle or cable. The scroll wheel is also stuck in Free-Spin mode.

I probably should have included this as well: I have made sure my OS is updated (I’m on WIndows 11), I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers for the mouse twice, I’ve even completely reinstalled Windows. I would update the mouse, but the firmware updater doesn’t detect the mouse. Nothing has worked, and it’s making me think it’s a problem with the mouse and not my computer.
