Hello for 3 days I have been trying to find the code, ask for help, but no one is helping me or I may not have looked well, I received 0 emails with the code 7.1 Surround, it tells me: Your Razer device is not eligible to receive a 7.1 surround sound activation code. Please refer to 7.1 Gaming Headset Surround Sound System for eligible products.

The Razer BlackShark V2 Pro doesn’t support Razer 7.1 Surround Sound. Instead, it has THX Spatial Audio integrated into your headset.
