I literally just bought a Basilisk v3 and it isn’t starting up. I plugged it in and everything, too. My computer is a Windows 11 one. Does anyone know how to fix it?

I’m sorry to hear about your new Razer Basilisk V3 not turning on. To isolate the problem, please try to test the mouse on a different port on your PC. Also, make sure that it is connected directly to the computer and not to a USB hub. i have the same mouse and it doesnt want to turn on. I spent 15 minutes looking for videos, holding buttons and the manual, but couldnt find a solution. I would need help to be able for my mouse to turn on cause i spent my birthday money on this mouse.
