My Razer Kiyo Turns On With Light then off in 1 second i cant do anythinf to fix it?!?!?!

My razer kiyo turns on with the ring light then off instantly , can’t be detected on pc on any app , any settings , all updated , all good on my side can’t enter anti flicker to re set the hz either
