Turret for Xbox "caps" and "scr lk" keys are lit when inactive, dim when active

This seems backward to me. I would expect the caps key to light up when caps lock is active, and the same with scroll lock. I’ve tried changing the lighting with Synapse, but that lighting does not override the keyboard’s built-in indicator lighting, I guess.
