Blacksharck V2 turning volume knob sound crackles

My sister bought me a BlackShark V2 + Sound card headset for my birthday (may 2023), but after 1 month after purchase I noticed that whenever I turn the knob it rattles or cracks. I tried all the software solutions even changing the ports on pc, I also tried it on my laptop. I tried using a contact cleaner but nothing helps, I think the issue is inside the potentiometer. Is my warranty void for trying to clean it? If it is, how can it be fixed it is so annoying because I usually play at night so I often adjust the volume knob and it irritates me when the volume crackles.
