I bought my mice this year February 2023 and one of my mice side buttons are stuck idk how it got stuck yesterday while playing I suddenly got stuck on open position and I can click anymore and it doesn’t work other then that rest of the buttons work fine, it is bothering me because I use that button a lot and now I’m use to my controlled so because of that I can play Mac fav games properly how can I get it fixed and how do I send it to you guys it has 2 year warranty and 2 year guarantee todays dat is 12/04/2023

I’m here to help. Were there any incidents that happened to your Razer Viper V2 Pro before the issue? Is there any noticeable physical damage from the device? It looks like there is a mechanical problem involved, but let’s try cleaning the affected area and see if this will do the trick.
