Hi, I have an issue with Razer Blade 15 laptop’s (RZ09-0421PWC3) keyboard lighting. The lighting was working absolutely fine until one day, when half of the keyboard just stopped working. The other half works perfectly well and the lighting effects can be changed via Synapse app. I raised this issue with Razer support and even sent the device back to them to have it fixed. After a few weeks they responded that they didn’t see any issue with the device and after resetting it to factory settings it worked fine. The laptop was sent back to me. Upon initial login, the lights were working fine, but the minute I have reinstalled my profile, the same issue happened again, with the left-hand-side of the keyboard not having any RBG lighting. Can anyone help? It is clearly not a hardware issue (as upon resetting to factory setting the lights work), but looks like a software issue somewhere with Windows 11 and Razer software to taking to each other correctly.
