Update Issue - 0% Battery

Hi.

 

Since today’s update, my Viper Ultimate is showing in Synapse as having 0% battery. It is also not showing on the dock (Breathing Lighting based on battery level) or via Synapse if it is charging. 

 

Please can this be looked into?

      I’m experiencing the same with Basilisk v3 Pro. I also can’t change DPI on the fly with the associated button. This update broke a few things.

        To isolate the problem, please try to perform a clean re-installation of Razer Synapse 3 here. If the same issue persists, help me gather and PM me the following information below so I can initiate a ticket on your behalf:
