The new black shark v2 hyperspeed wireless I bought was working normally for the past few days, but yesterday when I started to connect it to the computer, it showed an unrecognized USB device, whether I connected it directly to the computer or through a hub. But when I connect the headset directly with USB, it can be used. Only when the USB is connected to the adapter, it shows that it cannot be recognized. Please tell me how to solve it, thank you.

Try using a different USB port and running the pairing utility tool by following the steps here. If the problem persists, PM me the serial number so I can verify its model and check my resources for other steps to help you further. Thanks!

Hi I have the same problem as sibada1 an the pairing utility can not work as NEXT can not be enabled.
Same issue with a fresh out of the box model have tried everything works on usb and bluetooth but wont on lightsepped and the dongle still comes up as unrecognized usb device please help
Does anyone have a solution? I'm upset about such a problem with such an expensive headset.
I’m facing the same problem with my Razer BlackShark V2 HyperSpeed.
A week ago worked everything perfectly but now the dongle is keep disconecting and getting a windows error.
It looks like more a problem with the drivers. 24H2 maybe?!
i just got my blackshark v2 hyperspeed. i managed to connect the dongle and pair with the headset. but pc still doesnt recognise it. it does work on another pc tho. My razer Nari Essential is working on this pc.
i have the same problem 2 weeks later after i first use my headset windows dosent recognized it and bluetooth is low quality sound and mic i tred instaling newest softwear and nothing happend. such an expensive headset shouldnt have that problem

Hi, having same issue. tentatively, here is what happened to mine.
got my Razer Blackshark v2 hyperspeed on 20th march 2025. out of the box, plugged in the dongle with USB A - USB C to my PC. everything works fine, just plug and play. Razer Synapse detected it, able to play with the settings etc. Played games, watch movies with it, all works dandy.
Come 2nd April 2025, it got disconnected mid-use. suddenly no audio coming out while i was watching movie. i disconnect the USB connection, re-connect it. nothing works. restart pc, full shutdown PC, still not working. now, while trying to plug it in, windows systems doesnt recognise last USB.
Also tried on my laptop for the first time, still did not recognise the USB.
came here, tried the pairing utility, doesnt work. since first step is plug in then unplug USB dongle. next button unable to be clicked.
direct wired USB connection from PC to headset works fine.
On a side note, last windows update i performed was 3rd of march 2025. way before i bought the headset.
such a pity. used my old blackshark v2 pro for over 5 years. had to get new pair since the battery life ended on that one.
Please let me know how to proceed
