Ive had the Orochi v2 for a while now and the problem im facing is when I connect the dongle to my laptop it constantly disconnects and reconnects to the point where I cant even use the 2.4 mode anymore. Its very frustrating since I cant even try updating the firmware since I need to be connected via 2.4ghz. Ive already changed batteries, cleaned and tried different USB ports, reinstalling synapse and pretty much any solution I could get my hands on. If anyone has any other suggestions that I may have not tried yet please answer this thread. Thank you
