How to order a delivery to a different country from my billing address?

I am trying to buy a laptop and have it delivered to an address in Australia, but my billing address is in Denmark. When I try to enter a different billing address during checkout, I cannot choose the country:

 

 

Any thoughts on how to do this? Or an explanation for why it shouldn’t be possible?

When I switch my location it deletes all my saved addresses, so I can’t save a European billing address then swap to the Australian store for my shipping address.

So Razer won’t do any transactions between continents? I don't understand why this should be the case. It’s pretty common practice with every other online store.
