Pro Type Ultra - How do I activate and use Magnifier on Windows 23H2?

Windows 23H2 22631.2861.
Razer Pro Type Ultra is updated to firmware 1.03 and Synapse is current.
Logitech G502 Lightspeed mouse.

WinKey + numeric “+” does not activate Magnifier.
And if I activate Magnifier via Windows settings I cannot use CTRL+ALT mousescrollwheel.

Only solution for using Magnifier is to attach a second non-Razer keyboard and use that.

How can I use Pro Type Ultra to activate and use Magnifier?
