Good morning, friends from the Razer Insider community. Recently, my Razer Deathadder v2 has been experiencing recognition issues in the Synapse 3 software, where I always need to restart it several times before the mouse is recognized again. Do you think it could be a warranty issue? My mouse still has a few months left on the warranty provided by the distributor Kabum, a Brazilian electronics store.
