My Razer Barracuda x shuts down and on automatically, and this is very annoying as it constantly makes a low battery noise even though it is charging with USB-C.

any way to solve this?

Hi @its_yuka,

 

Did you notice the problem straight out of the box? Does it persist on multiple audio sources, even if you use a different charging cable? PM me the serial number so I can verify its model and check my resources for steps to help you further. Thanks!
